September 2013 Update: Added Dallas Business Journal link and plaque image.

For the second consecutive year, The Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) named Distribion as one of the 35 fastest growing technology companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Last year, Distribion ranked as the 4th fastest growing company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area according to the MTBC. The Dallas Business Journal provided media coverage of the event.

The growth that Distribion has achieved to date has been impressive. A partial explanation of the growth would be a combination of  fertile conditions in the overall business environment, as well as certain factors that are unique to Distribion in the marketplace.

According to Distribion CEO Tim Storer “Organizations have a huge content management and distribution challenge due to the proliferation of marketing channels. This represents a tremendous opportunity for us as a provider of distributed marketing software. What we offer is a solution that streamlines and optimizes the marketing distribution process, maintains brand and corporate messaging requirements and provides valuable insight into all marketing activities.”

A short video of Storer’s thoughts on the rise of distributed marketing is available.

There’s no expectation that Distribion is going to stand pat and rest based on existing accomplishments. The company is extremely well positioned in the distributed marketing segment and is committed to continue to be.

Over the past year, Distribion’s Quick Start program has become further ingrained into the organization and the social media module figures to be a driver of future growth. We’ve recently redesigned our website (more to come in this blog about that) and have other exciting new initiatives that we’re working on. I think that there’s a lot to be excited about regarding Distribion: past, present and future.
